Reiki Massage The session begins using Reiki to focus on aligning the energetic flow of the body through the chakras. Following Reiki, the physical manipulation of muscles, ligaments, and tendons is enhanced due to the nature of the body’s life force energy alignment. The experience of the combination is a uniquely pleasant and relaxing experience. Time to reset, relax, and rejuvenate energetically and physically. Reiki Reiki is a historic Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “lifeforce energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. Reiki is a powerful healing art that can transform your physical, emotional, and spiritual body. From healing addictions, to preventing disease, to repairing childhood trauma, to leaning to go with the flow… There is no limit to what Reiki can do. Massage Massage is the practice of manipulating the soft tissue of the body using the hands. During the massage a Licensed Massage Therapist will apply gentle or strong pressure to the muscles and joints of the body to ease pain and tension.
